eg, reg card, used up, backup card forgot to top up .... so luckily still got ultimate back-up card to use !!

another way is if around your place got new EC coming up, then u quickly go join the grassroots committee .... sure got very big chance for you to choose !! my dad was given a chance ... but he already used up his 2 eneitlement to buy new house already ... so bopian, have to pass. imagine 4 room EC...

The cashcards have an expiry date. Pai-swee a little expensive. Huggable uses expired cashcard (after refund) to pai swee swee. i found out the fee imposed by AXS that's why i never use AXS... so far only with POSB atm. although i low usage, but i still carry 3 cards with me, 1 use, i backup and 1 ...
