BIG FAVOUR: temp exhaust swap for Aveo Sedan 07

Hi all,

My inspection is this week and I need a stock exhaust to swap jus for a couple of days. I will of course bear all the labour charges of the swap plus I will give u $50 for the trouble. I have a previous offer but will be quite difficult to plan as that person is driving an OPC. If you are interested I will be very greatful.

err...y dun u ask wkshop send yr car for inspection instead ? it would save a lot hassle n most wkshop know wat to do prior to inspection....only the charges got to check with the wkshop...shldn't be so expensive though, i think.

Car inspection now is very on the ball already, even with any sign of wielding marks = fail.

No harm being more careful...

You should be able to get everything done within half a day. Swap to stock, go inspection, and return the exhaust muffler.

In fact, the whole car wasn't stock before the ex-owner sold the car.

yeah thats right... when I bought the car I was clueless to alot of things... its only after i bought it that i realised. I'm discussing the possibility of borrowing ljming's extractor and muffler.... only problem is my centre bullet has welding marks that I think might make me fail too.. so I though the easiest is to swap the whole exhaust with a full stock one, go inspection, then swap back...

Welding marks ok la... Tell him that you bought the car second hand and you don't know that it is like that... The stock muffler is more of a bigger issue that the welding marks.

Which one you intending to go? I tried JIC at AMK. Very quiet. The inspector also relax relax...

based on experience,i prefer STA n JIC...if were to compare with Vicom. but luck also play a part.
