the short 1 i think can pass as the cat converter is still in place.

If it's the short extractor, inspection would not be a problem as the fake cat is still in place. Only thing is it's straight thru

Shld not be a prob coz it still has the cat attached... Visible wise will pass... It comes with risk and a bit of luck... Some even passed the vicom inspection... So if vicom inspection can pass, those white ants on the rd shld not much of a prob... Furthermore white ants use their name eyes to assess if ur exhaust system has been modified...

Short extractor uses back your original cat.

Of cos the gain will not be as much as the long extractor that don't have the original cat in place.

The original heat shield is used back as well, so popping the bonnet it looks the same.

Inspection wise as long as your original cat attached to the short extractor has not been operated, the emission test will pass.

You use the term "exhaust" too generic. Exhaust means from extractor to the cat to the down pipe to flexible host to centre pipe to centre silencer to the rear muffler box.

This mod replaces the stock extractror.

It is your choice depending on your setup whether you need or want to touch the rest of the entire exhaust system.
